When is the Gym Open?

The fitness center is open 24 hours for the private use of residents only. The Leasing Office may approve guest use that is requested depending on the circumstances. Persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult while using the fitness center. Please wipe down equipment after use and consult physician- before starting a work-out regimen. If you have any questions about the Stages Cycling Bikes, contact the Leasing Office.

What are the pool hours of operation?

The pool will be open from 11:00AM until 8:00PM daily during the summer season. The pool is heated which allows everyone to enjoy the gorgeous gunite pool longer into the cooler weather. The pool will be staff with our CPR certified leasing and maintenance staff during business hours and a part time CPR certified employee during off hours. Please understand that there may be days the pool will be closed due weather.

Who do I contact if I need to place a maintenance request for my apartment?

Residents can submit all maintenance requests by calling the Leasing Office during the day at (585)249-8156 or through your resident portal account through the community website, www.dunnwoodgreen.com. If you are experiencing an emergency maintenance issue, please call the emergency on-call phone number (585)249-8111 and leave a message. The on-call Maintenance Technician will return your call to help.

How do I use the grilling station behind my building?

Each residential building includes a grilling station that can be located through the rear exit door opposite of the Grand Lobby. The grill is operated by gas and runs on a timer for safety purposes. Please do not congregate round the grilling station for longer than an hour to prevent disturbing other nearby residents.

How do I use the electric charging stations?

Dunnwood Green offers electric charging stations throughout the community for residents to enjoy. The screen attached to the charging screen will provide clear directions on how to operate the charging station. Each station offers 240V. The pricing for each charging stations is $0.25kwH.

Who is my cable and internet supplier?

Every apartment includes basic cable and 500 mbps of fiber optic WiFi through Spectrum. All residents are required to activate their account with Spectrum at the time of their move-in. Residents are not responsible for paying for these services except if you would like to increase the packages that are offered. If you have any questions regarding the services, please contact Spectrum at 1(855)243-8892, Monday through Friday 8AM to 10PM.

Is Dunnwood Green affiliated with Locust Hill Country Club?

Dunnwood Green has a great relationship with Locust Hill Country Club. New residents have the ability to receive a 6 month free complimentary clubhouse membership at Locust Hill Country Club. If you are interested in taking advantage of this membership, please contact the Leasing Office to complete an application that will be returned to Locust Hill Country Club to activate your 6 month free membership.

How long will the construction of Dunnwood green last?

We are very excited to watch and unfold this amazing project with everyone! The second building will be completed May 2023 and the third building will be completed May 2024. We are working hard and diligently to ensure that the construction is not a disturbance to residents throughout the development stage. Please be understanding that there may be some days there is noise and some extra dirt, but rest assured we are close behind to clean up the property.

Where do I dispose of my trash?

Each building includes a trash room that is located on the main floor of the building to the South side of the building near the side exit door. The room is properly label and maintained by our maintenance department. Thank you for keeping our community clean as you bring your trash to the trash room.

Which cleaning products can I use in my apartment?

  • For your quartz countertop, please use a mild dish soap and water solution for daily care and maintenance. Either cold or warm water works well. However, be sure to use a soft cloth as opposed to brushes with tough bristles.
  • For your luxury vinyl plank flooring, please use a cup of apple cider or white vinegar in a gallon of hot water. Dampen your mop and mop you flooring in the direction of the planks. The vinegar will tackle dirt, grime, and stains without leaving behind streaks or a sudsy mess.
  • For your stainless-steel appliances, spray white vinegar onto the appliance and wipe clean with a microfiber cloth. Once cleaned, dip your cloth into a small amount of olive oil and move your cloth in the direction of the grain.
  • For your shower wall tile, mix one cup of warm water, two cups white vinegar and one teaspoon of a vegetable-based dishwashing soap in a spray bottle. Spray the solution on the shower walls, let it work for 15 minutes and se a sponge to scrub off the scum and grime.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my RG&E bill?

Each RG&E meter is associated with an apartment and resident. Please contact RG&E Customer Service at 1(800)743-2110 Monday through Friday 7AM to 7PM excluding holidays. They will be able to assist you with any question you may have. If RG&E requests a meter reading, please contact the Leasing Office to retrieve this information for you from your meter.
